Demand
Are the right people already looking for what you sell, or do we need to create demand first?
Performance Marketing • Paid Media • Growth
I’m Muhammad Ali Abbasi, a performance marketing consultant helping businesses turn paid media into something more useful than traffic, impressions and dashboard numbers.
I work across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, landing pages, conversion tracking and marketing strategy to answer the question that matters most:
Is marketing actually bringing the business the right customers?Based in Dubai. Working with businesses across the UAE and international markets.
Start with what is happening in your business right now.

The real problem
You can have the right keywords.
The right audience.
A good click-through rate.
Even a reasonable cost per lead.

And still feel like something is wrong.
Because the lead never answered. The enquiry was not serious. The landing page lost people before they acted. The tracking counted every form submission as a success, even when sales saw something completely different.
That is where performance marketing becomes bigger than campaign management.
The job is not to make an ad platform look healthy. The job is to understand what happens from discovery to a real business opportunity.
How I look at performance
Every stage affects the next one. If one part is weak, spending more on the first part usually makes the problem more expensive.
Are the right people already looking for what you sell, or do we need to create demand first?
Which channel makes sense for the audience, offer and buying journey?
Does the page continue the conversation the ad started, or make the visitor think again?
Can we see what people actually do after the click?
Are we generating enquiries, or opportunities your team can realistically turn into customers?
Which campaigns, audiences and messages are actually contributing to business?
That full journey is what I mean when I talk about performance.
What I work on
I do not believe every business needs every advertising platform. The right mix depends on what you sell, how people buy it, where demand already exists and what happens after the enquiry comes in.
Paid media works better when channel strategy, conversion and measurement are treated as one system.
I look at the complete acquisition journey, not only what is happening inside an advertising account.
Explore Performance MarketingPaid Media
When people are already searching for the service, Google gives you the chance to meet demand at the moment of intent.
The work is making sure the right search leads to the right message, the right page and a conversion worth paying for.
Explore Google AdsFacebook and Instagram can reach people before they search. That changes the job.
Creative, audience, offer and follow-up matter because you are often creating interest rather than simply capturing it.
Explore Meta AdsTikTok rewards creative that feels native to the platform.
It needs faster testing, stronger hooks and an understanding of how people consume content before they decide to act.
Explore TikTok AdsSnapchat can be a strong acquisition channel when the audience, market and offer fit.
The strategy needs to start with that fit, not with the platform simply being available.
Explore Snapchat AdsConversion & Strategy
A paid click has already cost you money. The landing page decides what happens to that investment next.
I work on message match, structure, trust, forms, friction and the path that moves a visitor toward action.
Explore Landing PagesGood marketing decisions require data you can actually trust.
That means measuring meaningful actions across Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and advertising platforms, then understanding what those conversions mean to the business.
Explore Tracking & AnalyticsSometimes the first problem is not execution.
It is deciding what to promote, who to target, where to spend, what to measure and what should happen after someone responds.
Explore Marketing StrategyWhat the dashboard doesn’t tell you
This is one of the easiest traps in performance marketing.
The cost per lead falls. Everyone thinks performance improved. Then the sales team says the enquiries are worse. Or form submissions increase while booked calls stay flat. Or Meta reports conversions that the CRM cannot find.
The advertising platform is showing one version of success. The business is living another.
The number I care about is not always the cheapest one.It is the number closest to the business result.
Sometimes that means cost per qualified lead. Sometimes booked appointments, opportunities or sales. The measurement should follow the business model.

Who I work best with
I am especially interested in businesses where customers do not buy after seeing one ad. They search. Compare. Ask questions. Check credibility. Talk to someone. Then decide.
A patient does not choose a clinic the same way someone buys a low-cost product online. Search intent, trust, treatment information, location, the doctor or clinic, enquiry experience and follow-up all influence the decision.
Healthcare MarketingAesthetic and dental marketing often sits between active search demand and visually driven paid social. The challenge is connecting attention with trust and turning interest into real consultations.
Clinic MarketingA procurement manager, distributor or business buyer may take weeks or months to move. Marketing needs to support a longer decision, stronger qualification and a sales process that cannot be measured by one form submission alone.
B2B MarketingFor a service business, traffic is rarely the real goal. The goal is a steady flow of enquiries from people who actually need the service and can become customers at a cost the business can sustain.
Service Business MarketingReal work
Case studies are where strategy becomes real: what was happening before, what got in the way, what changed, what improved and what did not work.

Google Ads, landing pages, tracking and patient acquisition.

I’m Muhammad Ali Abbasi.
My work started in digital marketing, but over time I became less interested in simply launching campaigns and more interested in what those campaigns were actually doing for the business.

A report might say the month went well. The client might say something completely different. That difference matters.
It pushed me deeper into paid media, landing pages, conversion tracking, lead quality and marketing strategy because each one affects the final result.
Today, I work across those areas together. Not because every project needs everything. Because it is difficult to diagnose a growth problem when you only look at one part of it.
My experience includes healthcare, medical devices, service businesses and B2B marketing, with hands-on work across paid acquisition, lead generation, content, conversion journeys and digital strategy.
I am based in Dubai, but the work itself is not limited by geography.
My Story & ExperienceHow I work
What are you selling? Who buys it? What makes a customer valuable? What happens after someone becomes a lead?
Are people actively searching for the service? Do we need to create awareness first? What are they comparing before they choose?
Traffic? Targeting? Creative? Offer? Landing page? Tracking? Lead quality? Follow-up? The answer changes the strategy.
The ad, page, conversion action and follow-up should feel like one conversation, not four separate systems.
Marketing data should help us decide what to do next: spend more, change, stop, test, or fix the part holding everything else back.
Based in Dubai. Built to work beyond it.
Dubai is where I am based and where much of my practical experience has been built. But performance marketing is not a Dubai-only service.

A business in Abu Dhabi can face a different competitive environment. A company selling into Saudi Arabia may need different messaging. A UK customer may search differently. A US business may measure value in a completely different way.
The principles stay consistent. The market changes how we apply them.
That is how I want this website to grow as well. Strong local understanding where I have it. Real market research where I enter next.
From the work
Most useful marketing content starts with something that happened in a real campaign, a real landing page or a real conversation with a business owner.
Common questions
Start here
Maybe the ads are expensive. Maybe the leads are cheap but useless. Maybe traffic is coming in and nobody is converting. Maybe the tracking makes no sense. Maybe you are about to start advertising and want to avoid building the wrong system first.
You do not need to diagnose it before contacting me. Tell me what you are seeing. That is enough to start the conversation.
No long brief. Start with the problem.
